The important thing to remember when gathering evidence is that the more evidence the better - that is, the more evidence you gather to demonstrate your skills, the more confident an assessor can be that you have learned the skills not just at one point in time, but are continuing to apply and develop those skills (as opposed to just learning for the test!). Furthermore, one piece of evidence that you collect will not usualy demonstrate all the required criteria for a unit of competency, whereas multiple overlapping pieces of evidence will usually do the trick!

What evidence can you provide to prove your understanding of each of the following citeria?
Determine critical operating requirements
Enterprise-specific processing and/or operating procedures are identified to determine critical operating requirements. Completed |
Evidence:
Allowable deviations from critical requirements are calculated and incorporated into production plans. Completed |
Evidence:
Establish and maintain relationships between key processes
Key processing data, such as yield and throughput, is gathered, analysed and applied to ensure the process is optimised. Completed |
Evidence:
Corrective actions for deviations outside allowable parameters are determined and communicated to relevant personnel. Completed |
Evidence:
Circumstances in which emergency procedures should be initiated are determined and communicated to relevant personnel. Completed |
Evidence:
Process data is gathered and analysed to ensure conformance with specifications. Completed |
Evidence:
Monitor processing operations to achieve set requirements or product specifications
Methods to monitor the process are established to ensure compliance with product specifications. Completed |
Evidence:
Control points for processing operations are monitored to confirm product specifications or to identify variations. Completed |
Evidence:
Causes of operational variations are identified and remedial action implemented, as required. Completed |
Evidence:
Emergency procedures are implemented in a timely manner in response to evidence of contamination or risk to physical safety. Completed |
